Where would I find historical spot prices for commodities like gold and oil? - oil commodities
I am looking for a resource that presents the spot price of gold, oil (WTI), and other products, but can not find. Each site appears to draw a picture. The price that I want is the price quoted newspapers and television are not futures prices for several months. From what I understand, spot prices are the prices displayed. I can not even be a spot price of gold 12/14/09. Does anybody know why it is so difficult that information, if the historical prices of the shares are readily available to see?

There are a few good Web site to the prices in the history of gold and oil prices (available at some listed below). The spot price can be found at Yahoo Finance, or if you want to try a visual to go below the stock chart and use the symbol for gold and gold to $ $ WTIC () oil, the graphics indicate the cash price.
